Biography:
Christopher Hubler is the founder of the Emergent Neural Systems Institute for Research (ENSIR), an independent research organization focused on mechanistic questions in neuroscience and neurodegenerative disease. His work examines network hyperexcitability, cognitive access, and electrophysiological mechanisms in Alzheimer disease, including the relationship between pathological neural activity and transient cognitive function. His current research focuses on identifying testable neurophysiological mechanisms and treatment-response relationships using existing human experimental evidence. He is the author of work developing the Selective Network Suppression Hypothesis of paradoxical lucidity in Alzheimer disease.
