Biography:
Frank Balikoowa is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Program Associate-Ageing at the African Research Center for Ageing & Dementia (ARCAD) in Mukono District, Uganda. His implementation science work focuses on addressing neurodegenerative conditions, localizing cognitive screening metrics, and establishing sustainable public health surveillance systems for vulnerable geriatric populations within resource-limited settings across sub-Saharan Africa.
