Title : What are the uses of cognitive rehabilitation for people with dementia?
Abstract:
Cognitive rehabilitation represents a positive approach to enable people to make the most of their functional ability. Cognitive rehabilitation is a personal approach based on a problem-solving framework that enables people with dementia to engage in managing daily activities and perform optimally. and maintain their independence as much as possible. Cerebral dementia is one of the symptoms of which forgetfulness and memory weakness are one of them. Other symptoms related to dementia include difficulty thinking, problem solving, and language and speech problems. These changes are usually very minor and mild at first, but gradually they become severe to the extent that they affect the person's daily life. Considering the relationship between cognitive impairment and the therapeutic strategies needed to treat cognitive impairment, a joint cognitive rehabilitation program can be effective as a behavioral treatment for cognitive impairment that focuses on cognitive abilities and daily life activities.
