This session examines therapeutic targets, drug development, repurposed medicines, clinical trial design and emerging treatment strategies. It also considers challenges related to patient selection, outcome measurement, safety, accessibility and long-term treatment effectiveness.

Submissions may include preclinical studies, pharmaceutical research, clinical trial results, trial protocols, drug-delivery systems, biologic treatments, immunotherapies, regenerative approaches and combination therapies.
