Effective management involves a comprehensive approach including pharmacological interventions, psychotherapy, and caregiver support to address both MDD and the underlying neurodegenerative condition. Early detection and tailored interventions are crucial in improving outcomes and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals affected by Alzheimer's Disease and dementia with comorbid Major Depressive Disorder.
